Walpole, MA - The Boston Junior Whalers U19 Showcase Team ran the table this past weekend at the 2019 CCM Boston Midget Invite, and emerged as champions when the dust cleared on Sunday afternoon.

The weekend began on Friday evening where the team dug out a hard-fought 2-1 win over a very strong Boston Braves team.  Saturday's matchups both arose as challenges as well, but the BJW U19's ended up on the winning side of both defeating the Leprechauns 4-2 and Wolf Den 4-1.  

The team earned the #1 Seed for the semi-finals on Sunday morning, and came away as winners in a rematch with the Boston Braves by a score of 3-2.  In the finals, a matchup between the two undefeated teams, the BJW U19's scored a thriller in overtime to seal the deal 4-3 over the East Coast Militia.
